Behavior analysis services should be available to everyone who would benefit from them, without exception.  This includes professionals looking for supervision and consultation.

If your household income is 400% above the poverty line or more, the fees are below:

• In-person or virtual supervision, observation, or consultation 60 minutes: $200

• In-person or virtual group supervision or consultation 60 minutes: $50 per group

• Travel fee: $0.10 per mile, to and from location

• Expert witness: please contact for details

By adjusting payment to fit each individual, more people can access the services they need.  The sliding scale take into account different individual’s income and circumstances.

Payment options: Cash, Check, Debit Card, Credit Card, HSA (always check with your HSA provider before using an HSA care for services), and Paypal

Missed or Cancelled Appointments: If you are unable to make your appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

Insurance: I am an out-of-network provider.  I will provide a receipt of your sessions with CPT and applicable diagnostic codes so that you can potentially be reimbursed directly for any out-of-network benefits that your particular insurance provides.  I cannot guarantee reimbursement. It is helpful to talk to your insurance company before submitting for out-of-network reimbursement.
